The Arts in the Gap program at LMU connects artists and the community through workshops and performances that celebrate Appalachian culture. Located at the LMU Center for the Arts in Cumberland Gap, TN, the program offers opportunities for both children and adults to engage in visual and performance arts, enriching their understanding and appreciation of the region’s cultural heritage.
Since its inception in 2013, Arts in the Gap has involved over 1,000 participants and 100 artists, fostering a vibrant cultural exchange and promoting artistic growth within the community.
