The Board of Mayor and Alderman of the Town of Cumberland Gap will host a hearing where the public is invited to provide input on Ordinance No. 9-2024- An Ordinance Amending the “Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Cumberland Gap, Tennessee” By Amending Chapter 11, Section 14-114 “Planned Development Guidelines” Eliminating the 4 Acre Requirement for A Planned Unit Development

Public hearing Date and Time: Monday April 7, 2025 @ 6:30 p.m. at Cumberland Gap Town Hall (the monthly Board of Mayor and Alderman and Beer Board meeting will follow)

The ordinance can be reviewed at Cumberland Gap Town Hall,330 Colwyn St, Cumberland Gap, TN 37724, during normal business hours.
