The family-owned business began as a food truck that traveled the country, but once owners Edward and Bernadette Ungrue saw the Cumberland Gap, they decided it was the perfect place to put down stakes and expand into a full restaurant.
Open for lunch and dinner, Nineteen 19 offers appetizers like lemon pepper wings, egg rolls, sushi, steaks, salmon, burgers, and more. Drinks include beer, cider, hard seltzer and cocktails, along with soft drinks and specialty coffees. Tempting desserts finish off your meal.
The Ungrues are also professional caterers and event planners, if you need to host a meal or event, providing everything you need with one call. Nineteen 19 is located at 602 Colwyn Street and is open from 11am-9pm Tuesday through Saturday.
